Julie Martin
I’m an architectural designer and fine artist based in Cincinnati, Ohio. I make digital and multi-media collages, as well as own Sweetheart Interior Design, a branded interiors studio.
In both architecture and art, I create environments. Each piece is a complete thought or little world of its own. I want viewers to be inspired by a dreamy and atmospheric, alternate reality. I use symbols to hint at an overall narrative, or reference personal details of my daily life - if you know me, you might recognize some. I’m inspired by digital music, folksy textures, memories, a sense of allure, and little bit of melancholy.
